Ask a questionWhat does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team and which tools we connect. The software itself is free and open source. Hosting and AI usage are billed straight to your own account at cost, which you can cap per person or team. Ask us in the chat and we’ll talk it through for your business.
Where does my data live?
In your own account, under your control. When the agent uses an AI model, only the text it needs is sent to that model, through a gateway that records every request and keeps to your budgets.
Can it send emails or change things by itself?
Only what you allow. Every connection goes through a Gatekeeper that can make a tool read-only, limit it to certain records, or require your approval before anything is sent or changed.
My team isn’t very techy. Will they cope?
If they can send a text message, yes. You use it by asking in plain English. We run a hands-on session built around your real work, and we’re still around when questions come up afterwards.
What’s it built on?
Cloudflare OS, open-source software from Cloudflare, one of the world’s largest internet companies, which built it for its own staff. It runs in your own Cloudflare account, so that’s the name you’ll see on your hosting bill. We’re Custom Software Solutions, an independent local team in Cromwell that sets it up, connects it to your tools and looks after it.
What if I stop working with you?
It keeps running. It’s in your account and the software is open source, so you can look after it yourself or hand it to someone else.
